Our pricing is simple and affordable. Since each home is unique, all initial/first time cleanings are charged by the hour.   Included in our rate of $18 per hour rate minimum 2.5 hours: We bring all of our own equipment and supplies and we are fully bonded and insured. If you wish, after the initial cleaning is complete, your cleaner can evaluate the home and provide a flat rate for future scheduled cleanings.
